After completing his tour of service as an FT2, Joe attended Oakland Junior College (now Merritt College) where he took all of the courses he should have taken while he was in high school in preparation for attending Cal Poly at San Luis Obispo. Joe received a Bachelors of Science degree from Cal Poly in Mathematics in 1964 and went to work for The Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company as a management trainee. He met Glorian that Fall and they were married the following June. At that time, Joe had quit the phone company and was in the process of accepting a sales trainee position with Control Data Corporation, a computer company headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Joe and Glorian returned to the Bay Area upon completion of the training and rented an apartment in San Lorenzo. In the fall of 1966, they put a down payment on a Pleasanton Valley home and moved in upon it's completion in January 1967 and they still live there. Joe remained in the computer business until 1987. He obtained his Real Estate license and a few years later his Brokers license and has been working listing and selling residential Real Estate since that time. Glorian attended Parker elementary schools as well as Frick Junior High and Castlemont High School where she graduated in 1957. There paths had crossed many times but they never met until 1964 when a mutual friend introduced them. Glorian attended San Jose State University where she majored in business. She then joined World Airways as a Flight Attendant (they were stewardesses then) and worked her way up to Assistant Chief Stewardess. She terminated her employment when she and Joe were married and spent the next couple of years working in for a Real Estate company specializing in property management. Glorian and Joe have three daughters, Kim, Lisa and Lora. They all attended Valley Christian school in Dublin and spent their high school years at Carondolet High School in Concord. They all graduated from college, two from Chico State and one from Cal State Hayward. In 1986, Glorian obtained her Real Estate license and went to work as a Realtor in new home sales. She remained in new home sales until 1995 when she joined Joe in the resale residential home market. In June of 2002, Joe and Glorian realized a life long ambition and opened their own Real Estate business, Wayside Park Realty located in Pleasanton.
Continuous Service "Continuous Service" is more than just a slogan for us, it is our commitment to our clients before, during and after the escrow closes. We do this for two basic reasons. First, we want to insure that our clients are well served whether they are buyers or sellers. Second, we want to be the agents they choose should they decide to purchase or sell real estate in the future, or the agents they recommend to their friends and neighbors. This can only be achieved by providing excellent service, and that is what we do. Specific Service We have over 30 years of combined Real Estate experience in both the resale property market and new home developments. We provide our expertise to buyers and sellers for single family residences, condominium, townhomes, land, or new homes. The Tri-Valley area, including Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, Blackhawk and Alamo are the primary areas that we serve.Real Estate Commitments
